  • We were so excited to use the play center! We called to confirm that our potty trained 2 year old ( who's been potty trained for 8 months) would be able to attend. We were told yes, they would make an exception. We arrived, purchased tickets to the movie and play center and went to get the kiddos checked in. The woman in the play center informed us that since she was not three, she would not be able to attend. We are very disappointed because planned our day around this. Bummer. Guess we won't be back. Cu stomer service was very swift and took care of a previous issue. We have since returned and everything was to our liking.
