  • If I could post a 0/5 I would. Usually when coming here I experience very slow service, but remarkable food. Therefor, okay I can forget about the terrible service because, the food is great! And not to mention, I've been such a loyal customer coming here for over three years, however recently I encountered the worst experience. I went on a Friday night with one of my friends, we each left a tip (on our receipt since we used our credit cards). However, it was nice to see I was overcharged $10 and "left" a tip larger than the actual check amount! Crave has lost a customer! Thanks to crave, for the amount of time I wasted calling crave and being sent to voicemail because lines are busy, then countless hours with my credit card company! Listen guys, don't waste your time here, go somewhere more enduring, and not a waste of your time like crave.
