  • Shaffer & Son's were the company our home warranty servicer sent to help us with our HVAC problem. We had just purchased this home and our heat wasn't working properly; Not only did they come out as soon as possible, they found the problem, came up with a solution and contacted the manufacturer of the a/c unit for us. Communication with Amy was outstanding and the technician, Mark, was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. We HIGHLY recommend this company for any heating/air problems!!
