| - My review here is based on being a frequent business traveler and even though I have to travel here a fair amount, it is not my favorite airport for a number of reasons. Because of the nice weather, great golf and beautiful resorts, it tends to attract retirees and pleasure seekers which makes it terrible for business travelers. Despite Delta Airlines practically owning Terminal 3, there is no oasis Sky Club here and I would assume that is because even though it is a busy terminal with numerous Delta flights per day, the people that tend to fly in here are not the repeat business travelers that tend to hold Sky Club membership. Also, they have re-designed terminal 3 and even though it is new, glitzy and beautiful, to get from the plane to the ground transportation area is quite a distance. Again, not a big deal if you are coming here for pleasure and have time to gawk at the new glass, marble and lighting along the way but when here for business, it is tough knowing that you have a long way to go just to get out of the airport. Couple that with a rental car center that is at least a 10-12 min ride away plus the time spent waiting to load at the curb and you need to easily build in about 45-60 min after landing before you are actually in some type of transportation and leaving airport property. So, it gets 3 stars because it does offer all the basic needs that an airport traveler requires and some are very nice to look at but from a travel efficiency standpoint, it is in the lower tier in my opinion.
