  • I purchased an Queen Size Amerisleep Bed Package. It is January 26 and although the mattress arrived about two months ago, the bedframe still has not. Unfortunately, Amerisleep does not handle the delivery, but I still think the delivery service they choose is a reflection of them since you do not have a choice of which company to go with. I paid for the white glove delivery/set up so I expected great service. This was not the case. The tracking said it arrived at their local warehouse on Dec. 12. I called Manna, the delivery service, three weeks ago to get an update on the shipment since it hadn't been delivered. They said they had to do a dock search and would call me back. I then called back two weeks ago because I never heard back and they said they had no record of that call and they needed to do a dock search so they'll call me back. I finally contacted Amerisleep since I was getting nowhere with Manna. They said Manna would have to do a dock search (the third time) and if it was deemed lost they would send a replacement. My customer service representative even wrote on January 23 "If I don't hear back from them by tomorrow, I will issue a replacement. We will be able to get this out to you this week." Manna called me yesterday to say they completed the dock search and the shipment is lost so I needed to contact the company I purchased the frame from to get a replacement. I reached back out to my Amerisleep customer service rep and she said she would issue a replacement. I doubted they would get it out to me this week, like she said in an earlier email, so I asked if I would get it next week. She said no, since it will likely be shipped out on Monday. So not only am I not getting the bedframe this week, but I won't have it next week either. At this point, I am extremely frustrated with the entire process and I would highly recommend you look elsewhere for a bed frame. The bed is fine if you like sleeping on the floor.
