The customer service here was the most unpleasant customer service I've experienced in my 10+ years of dealing with representatives of Verizon. Typically I brag about how good Verizon's customer service representatives are, unfortunately that is not the case in this situation. The general manager told me that she would not honor my early upgrade that the phone representative states I had on my account, even after speaking with the phone rep whom stated that I had an early upgrade option the general manager declined it. You would think after 10+ years and 5 lines on our account, the customer service would be more then inviting apparently that is not the case for this location. After this interaction, we are now looking into other providers.
