  • *Warning* don't get pressured to buy here hard sell tactics. Once they get your money the customer service ends they are dismissive of problems. I spent two days with maintenance people in my room repairing broken water heaters and flooded laundry room. The problems damaged my property then I was told I had to leave the unit by ten am. Front desk can't do much they offered me a store credit next year if I wanted. I want my valuable time back I would like my property replaced but orange lake management refused to address the issue.
