I made a same day appointment online and when I came in the stylist I was supposed to have had already gone home so they had another stylist do my haircut, I believe her name was Jordan. I scheduled a Signature Haircut & Style and it was supposed to include a deep conditioning treatment and she didn't know so she just did a regular wash. I bring it up when we're back at the chair and she asks another girl and she says, "I'm sorry I just started at Ulta, I don't know all the policies yet. But I've been cutting hair for a while." (Which I thought was weird that she had to mention.) Then, when we went back to the chair she started clipping my hair back without asking what kind of haircut I wanted. As she was doing this I tell her I just want a trim with long layers. It looked really blunt when she had me look in the mirror afterwards but I didn't want her to try to fix it herself and chop off more of my hair. I talked to Susie afterwards and asked her if she can soften it up for me so it's not so blunt but they were closing so she made an appointment for me to come back another day. I've had Susie before but it's been a while and she's great! I WOULD NOT recommend going to JORDAN, I'm not sure how she even has her license. I had my husband take a picture of the back of my hair when I got home and it's horrible, I originally just thought it was too blunt when I looked in the mirror at the salon but it's completely uneven and choppy, I don't even know why I still had to pay for it
