  • I hired Tony' s on saturday, Dec 2 to move me on Saturday, Dec 9th at 8am. I sured up the details via text. I spoke to my apartments on Dec 8th and I had to change my move time to 9:30. Again, I sured up the details via text (Confirmation for 12/9:30). I am disabled and my hudband has a shoulder injury and we were moving across town. I was ready Saturday but NO one showed at 9:30. I gave it some time and then called and reached no answer. I started texting at 9:49, 10:42 and 11:28. No reply. I ended up having to secure a uhaul truck and my husband and I started loading the truck at 2pm. We finished moving at MIDNIGHT! I do not recommend this company to anyone. As of today, Dec 14, I have not received any correspondence from them. No apology, nothing. I am also putting this review everywhere I can so EVERYONE will know what to expect if you hire them - Lack of professionalism, lack of concern and absolutely NO customer service!
