They might have some cars returned today but uncertain. I asked if he could check another location and said it was company wide. How does a rental car company run out of cars? And if they didn't have any available, why would the system let me reserve a car? They need to update their computer system or figure out something else. Was planning on picking up at 10:00am and head out at 12:00. The other disappointing thing is that AAA uses Hertz. Will definitely be contacting AAA. I'm paying for all those discounts and can't use them. Giving them a second star because they called just before I was getting ready to walk out the door. Was able to still call my ride and cancel with her before she left her driveway.
