  • They installed my brand new AC 3 1/2 years ago, back then their company name was Sunset Air Conditioning. about 3 weeks ago my AC stopped working so we called them. on Wednesday, Ray came to our house and he said we need new motor & module. He can ordered and installed them on Saturday. Saturday he called and said can't do it because he hasn't received the part. Monday we called to find out what's going on. He said he got the part but needs to be programmed, he can come on Friday. Friday, no call no show. Again, we had to call him. He kept giving us running around and always no call no show on the day he promised to come. We called another AC company today because we cannot rely on him, it's getting hotter here in Vegas. DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. NO WONDER THEY CHANGED THEIR COMPANY NAME
