Booked the Opal Shores back in April for my daughters wedding. Even though we went through a couple of wedding planners (due to them changing jobs), everything was very well organized. We flew out a few days early and really had no need to. Communication between myself and coordinator was good. The cons were the photography. We felt very rushed and the photographer with Cashman was extremely gruff and disorganized. They told everyone to leave the Chapel, then she was asking who we wanted in the pictures after the people had left! We were scheduled the next day to view the pictures and did not like the way that was handled. The woman at the desk was like you have to decide now and if not the prices go up! We were staying an extra day and wanted to come back to view with my husband and she wouldn't allow that. The prices for the quality was ridiculous!! We had guests at the wedding take better pictures then what they took. Also, you're not allowed to take ANY photos during the wedding. The only thing we ordered was what came with the package and a couple of extra pictures. Honestly, the hotel should either allow outside photographers and give Cashman a run for their money and maybe they would take pride /time in their work instead of rushing through the photographs and be more organized.
