  • One of my times going to Fresh I had to wait more than 15 minutes for my stylist to be ready. Ok, these things happen. But then when I was literally in the parking lot and 15 min late (13 on my clock) they would not let me have my appt. Yes, I was literally outside the salon and I had called to tell them I'd be late. I won't be going back
