  • I have been with this practice for years. I've sadly decided to change doctors. The office staff are terrible. If you need to make an appt you will be on hold for at least 25 minutes. Need them to respond to the fax your pharmacy faxed them? Be prepared to hold. Then, they finally answer and ask you to hold AGAIN. Finally, you get a snotty underpaid entitled jerk who is unable to help you with any simple request. Don't even bother to ask to speak to the office a manger because she's not there..ever.
