  • My experience with Kollinger started out well, but it didn't end with me 100% pleased. The good: -Work quality -Friendliness of the technician The bad: -They had to delay my appointment by a month. In exchange for the delay, they offered me a complimentary "sparkle package" (inside wash and vacuum, outside wash). Not only did I NOT receive the sparkle package, but my back windshield was covered in writing with my vehicle information and claim number, that I had to wash off at home. -Timing - I got my car back two days after the commitment date.
