It appears Adam S (owner of CopperStart Security) continues to post misrepresentations of the truth on several review websites and I grow even more disappointed in his actions.
What Adam fails to mention is that the original install that his company did was done poorly and is not consistent with what would be expected by a professional security installation company. I willingly followed his instructions and called the alarm company to come fix the problem in lieu of his company; the alarm company's response was that CopperStar did not properly install and setup the glass break remote sensors. The security alarm stated that the installer did not properly program them and that is the reason why it led to so many false alarms.
Adam has argued on several occasions and other websites that the issue was that I moved the sensors. Again, this is another misrepresentation of the truth as the alarm company had to fix an improperly programmed sensor and that is only something Adam's employees could have done. It is above and beyond any immaterial adjustments I made.
I severely disappointed by Adam's conduct and professionalism. I struggle to understand on how he can think this is good business. Instead of trying to reach a mutually beneficial resolution or "smoothing things over." it appears he wages a war on his customers on Yelp and other websites. See his other comments on other Yelpers' reviews of CopperStar. See his comments on Angie's list. This is a pattern and he appears he is more concerned with battling people then doing what is right.
I have tried to provide constructive criticism in the past and unfortunately it appears Adam has resulted led to online harassment and bullying because of that. I honestly hope for the best for CopperStar but the future does not look good if Adam continues to run his business this way and treats good paying customers like this on the internet. It is shame that sites like Yelp and Angie's List are meant to be safe environment for reviewers and Adam won't respect that.
