  • As with previous reviewers I wish there was a zero star review. The employees of this place are very courteous and kind but unfortunately I should have read the reviews before I went. I took a $500 down duvet to get dry cleaned here about 6 months ago now and they washed it. Its now completely ruined. I have taken this to several different places before with no issues. I understand you can wash down but you have to thoroughly dry it to prevent it from getting damaged. I specifically asked to have it dry cleaned. I was told that the managers name is Riz whom has absolutely no idea what customer service is. I have left several messages on his personal phone and I am yet to receive any call back from him. Looks like this place has had problems since it opened. He's just a greedy greedy man who doesn't know the first thing about business. Take your items to someone whom is deserving of your business.
