  • I was impressed with how quickly I got an email back with an appointment to get an estimate. Then the day came and went, no visit, no call or email. I emailed again asking for an update. No reply. Installer shows up 4 days later and says I had an appointment. Then he measures and does not leave the estimate at my home. Still no one responds to my email. I call the office and the voice mail will not accept messages. I guess they don't want my money?
