  • Have been hauling ass from the west end to buy myself bday cakes from here for the past couple years---only a couple because that's about as long as I've known this spot existed. When I'm here, I also usually load up and unashamedly indulge my bakery lust. For the quality of food and of craft, I feel the value is good. You really can't go wrong no matter what you order. If you've never been, bring a friend, split some cakes and desserts and packs from croissants for the road. Also, as a side note, I've tried their homemade rose jam and it was subtle and delicate, and friends whom I've gifted their almond shortbread had rave reviews.
