  • Customer service was terrible. I never received a 30 min phone call prior to them coming. Once they arrived the quote skyrocketed $40 even though the overall square footage decreased, go figure. I immediately called and spoke with the office and got the run around. I'm still awaiting the manager to call (within 10min!). I called one of the other million carpet cleaning companies on yelp and was quoted $60 cheaper.
