  • The first oil change appt I made (key phrase- APPOINTMENT) was at 8 am on a Wednesday. It took 8 hours before they finished it. I live an hour away from school, so had to beg and plead for rides there and back, also had to call in to work to say I had no way of getting there- due to a freaking oil change. Second time I made an appt was at 7 am, I dropped off the car the night before, and had confirmed what I needed done via phone the day before. I go to pick it up at 8:30 the next day, and it's NOT EVEN STARTED. The ONLY reason I've gone here twice now is because of a Groupon I've already paid for, saving me 65% on each oil change. Then, I learn the headlight they replaced will cost me $45! Seriously. I could have just gone and bought the bulb for $12 and done it myself. I have before, and I will forever now do so in the future. They got 3 stars because at least when the work eventually gets done, it's done right. But I wouldn't recommend going there unless you have a second car to drive around in all freaking day long.
