We were picking up some 70th birthday presents for my uncle and fell in line. Although there was a sale going on, there were only 2 cashiers open in the men's department. 1 cashier was sooooo slow. She was folding so slow, I'd rather watch paint dry instead. Good God!
The other cashier was opening a Sears card for a customer. 15 minutes already and all of us in line were going nuts. Finally we get to the front and we cash out.
The brand ties we bought were NOT 50% as the sign said! Only the "SLIM" brand ties were 50% off, not the regular ones. THOSE were 40%. Already false advertising. I can't stand it when businesses lead you on and put so much fine print that you pay more. Lo and behold, one of our ties was slim but it was still 40%! We didn't bother complaining because we got out and checked the receipt.
Lastly, the air conditioner was broken or they were cranking the heat. It was 24°C outside. Broiling we were. Felt like a roaster.
Customer service was just atrocious. I am not going back there.
