  • Technician initially did not diagnose the nonfunctional fan in the refrigerator (In fact he did not examine the appliance at all. ). Refrigerator completely stopped functioning 2 days later costing me approx 400.00 in spoiled food. Called to arrange repair appt , waited another 5 days and I was assured part was in. On day of appointment (another 5 days later) as I was awaiting arrival office called and said part was NOT there. Waited at home all day for this info. Now almost 2 weeks without refrigerator thanks to these idiots. This company was designated by AMERICAN HOME SHIELD which is also a complete scam operation. Stay FAR away from both. Filing small claims lawsuit also. Be warned about these terrible companies!!!!
