  • Still Love Encore. But, in some areas my appreciation went up and in others it did not. The Good Memorial Day Weekend no waiting anywhere from the taxi pickup to the bell captains to the front desk to elevators to expedited entry thru Surrender to the Beach Club to the bars inside EBC to Sinatra to the spa. It was crowded but service was efficient and exceeded expectations! Enjoyed a relaxing bath, in room snacks/diet soda, love the upgrades made in the last year with outlets bedside and an iPad like device to control drapes, lights, temperature in bed! I like the space, in room safe, and in closet drawers. Pro Tip If you have a late flight out leave your bag at the bell desk and go to the spa hot tub, steam room, and shave. Not So Good Bed is a bit firm, shower head too, and tv had reception glitches. Room E2331
