  • Wow glad we are outta of this shit hole a total bunch of slum lords Can't even answer phone or be in office during hours Live here if you want to have your car broken into, trash everywhere, equipment for gym is always broken and probably new in 1990 Pools are always filthy and hot tub has not worked for the whole 2 yrs we lived here They even wanted to charge us when their faulty equipment( hot water tank) exploded and trashed the carpets and then took 3 weeks for them to fix the water soaked door and floor BY THE WAY THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY IS OLEN they have numerous properties in vegas and all are ran the same way so if want to live in safe clean complex please stay away from all open properties
