  • I went to this bar to enjoy the Sweet Spot Valentine's Day event. Loved the show and glad they found a new venue for their Charlotte shows. The bar itself is a good size, there are two long bar areas, there is an upstairs portion along the perimeter for stage viewing, clean bathrooms, and security was visible without encroaching on the event activities. What I didn't like we're the bartenders along the back wall area (i.e., the bar to your right when you enter not directly in front of you). They need to do a better job of monitoring guests as they come up so they can accommodate people in some order. I was standing their for 15 minutes and moved to different bartenders in hopes someone would take my order instead of the person who walked up next to me. I can make my presence known and cut in but I wanted to enjoy the night and had hoped the bartenders would be more attentive to this. My friends had better luck at the other bar. And a smile on the bartenders faces wouldn't hurt. I still tipped but he missed out on more.
