We have been taking our dog, Luke, to Dr. Collins for over a year now since we first moved to Tega Cay. Luke was diagnosed with Addison's Disease about four years ago. Addison's is extremely rare (and manifests in dogs the same way that is does in humans), and requires daily medication and close attention to electrolyte levels. Dr. Collins was already extremely familiar with Addison's and she was attentive to Luke's needs from the very first visit.
Aside from normal checkups/shots, we visit Dr. Collins quarterly to have Luke's electrolytes checked to ensure that the medicine is still doing what it's intended to do. We are treated like family by everyone in the office from the front desk attendance to the vet techs to Dr. Collins. Coming from another doctor in another state who initially diagnosed and treated Luke's illness, it was critical that we find a good vet near home once we moved to TC, and we found it at VMC of Fort Mill.
And yes, their extended evening and weekend hours are a tremendous benefit to those of us who work 9-5 (or 8-6, or whatever).
