| - My husband and I recently moved to the Henderson area, and decided to try something "near and new" to our place of residence. My husband was craving a cheeseburger, and I a wrap, so I called in about 10 minutes before my arrival to place a to-go order.
The bartender who took my order warned me that the kitchen was a little backed-up because they do some sort of football night on Thursdays so the place was packed. I figured it would be about a 20 minute wait, which I was okay with. The bartender offered me a water or something while I waited, which I declined but knowing know how long I was going to wait, I should have taken him up on it. .
I placed my order over the phone at 6:57pm and didn't walk out until 7:39... if I had a big order, I'd understand. But it was a burger and a wrap.
I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Wrap and my husband got a PAC Cheeseburger cooked to medium well, both served with seasoned fries.
The radio promotions guy that was there handing out beer-swag had more personality than the waitresses there. He made small-talk with me while I waited and gave me a free shirt.
My Buffalo Chicken Wrap was small in comparison to most places that serve something similar, but tasty. It was generic. It was basic grilled chicken.... and the sauce tasted like ranch mixed with Frank's Hot Sauce. Definitely something I can make at home.
The PAC Cheeseburger was tasty to my husband, and he said he'd definitely have it again.
Our fries, on the other hand, were extremely overcooked.. nearly burnt. Almost like veggie fry chips consistency. Not sure if that's intentional on their part, but they left much to be desired.
Wasn't able to check out their selective beer menu. Though our first experience wasn't the greatest, we'll atleast go back another time to try their cool beer selection and free arcade games... on a not-so-packed night.
