I got the Stop, Drop, & Roll cocktail since it sound like an intriguing scotchy drink with a kick. It had scotch, smoked rosemary, honey, and lemon. It was fun to watch the bartender light a fire under a sprig of rosemary, then gently place it into the wine glass. This is the first time ever drinking any scotch-based drink from a wine glass... but I think they did it this way so you get a whiff of the smokiness from the rosemary before you take a sip. Proportion for all the ingredients were a bit off... so it tasted more like a sweet honey lemonade (kind of watered down, too); not what I wanted at all.
My friend got some kind of whiskey on the rocks per recommendation from the bartender since he didn't know what he wanted. I liked this a lot more. It had a nice kick and left a little buzz in your nose as an after note. We ended up trading drinks haha.
The environment was great: positive vibes all around. I didn't feel that it was too crowded; it was easy to find a place to sit. The music subtly added to the atmosphere and I caught myself moving along to the beat without thinking about it.
Overall, I was a little disappointed since their cocktails were heavily raved... but my cocktail fell short of expectations.
