  • Last night was the worst customer service experience I've ever had at a movie theater.   I paid the extreme $25 price for the 6 pm Star Wars showing last night.  Which I was fine with because I knew it was a special viewing and I was going to get some popcorn and a "Poster".   I get to the counter to print my tickets (15 min early)... and they cant print my tickets.  I get it, its a busy night and a technical problem.  Seems everything wasn't working.   But while I'm waiting for my tickets I ask about the free popcorn and how to get it.  and an employee behind the gentleman working the counter, awoman who appeared to be the manager, rudely and sternly says to me... "What! The Special Viewing an Hour early isn't enough for you!?  You need the Free Popcorn too!!?  Really!?" I Did a Double Take to see if she was kidding but she was not.    She then proceeded to be rude to me and not answer the question on how to get the popcorn   Meanwhile the tickets still haven't printed and the show is about to start.   Still no Popcorn.   Finally just as the show is starting the give up and just let me in and tell me to go to the concession stand.   Now there is a huge line and I'm definitely going to be late to the movie.   I finally get up to the concession.  they giove me my popcorn that I payed for with my ticket.   NBut they refuse to sell me the special collectors Cup for the movie!   They insist I must buy the popcorn with it!   BUT!  I've already payed for popcorn with MY MOVIE TICKET THAT COST $25!!!!   WHY WOULD I PAY FOR POPCORN AGAIN!!!???   I Ask this.  But They refuse to Answer.   NO SERVICE WHAT SO EVER!   AGAIN THE RUDE MANAGER WHO WAS SNIDE TO ME DOES NOTHING TO HELP!   This Makes me Even Later to the movie!!!   On Top of that the credit card machine is broken. (like I said, Nothing was working)   This Make me even later than before.   I missed the opening scenes of the movie and was treated rudely the whole time.   and I spent $25 to be treated that way!   I am NOT Impressed with the new Management of this Theater, and clearly they do not have the proper equipment to print tickets or take cards at the concession stand.   I Will NOT be returning to this movie theater.   I am very disappointed and this Ruined my Star Wars Experience.   0 Stars O% Tomatometter Certified Rotten   What I Did see of the Star Wars Movie was good though.  The Theater was Just BAD.
