  • We have had a horrible experience being members of this club. They provide awful customer service and clearly care more about their bottom dollar than they do about their customers. We were members of Anytime Fitness before transferring to this club, and have been disappointed by the lack of equipment and general cleanliness. All of that we could have over looked if they had had good customer service but it's been awful. They are not experienced enough to know and understand the Anytime fitness policies and a poor representation of this Franchise. Their prices are too high for what little they have to offer. You would be better off joining Level Up or Princeton Club and working out in McFarland. I would not recommend becoming a member here.
