I was walking on Rue Notre-Dame and feeling pretty frustrated because all my favorite restos and cafes were closed (first week of January) when I walked by this place and I instantly knew I was going to like it. The cortado they made me was excellent, the space is open, inviting, with warm lighting and lots of wood. The staff was very friendly and helped me with the wifi when I couldn't connect. Someone across the communal table from me ordered what looked like a yummy lunch of soup, bread, and a spread that I could not identify. I will be back on my next visit to Montreal. Best of luck, guys!
