I look forward to Nasir being at that front desk. He's so kind and he's always in a good mood. Just brightens my day! As for the building. The building seems to be on it's way to being a bit run down. The elevators break routinely. I'm waiting for the day when all of them are out of order. The parking garage exit gates and ticket scanners are broken most of the time, the carpet on some of the floors are soiled and not all of the hall televisions are working. Also, someone needs to put pet repellant on the plant stands outside of the doors because people let their dogs urinate on them. Overall, the living in this building is OK - it can be much better though because the building seems to be deteriorating rapidly. Doesn't take too much away from living in a great location in the uptown though. The staff, as a team, does a great job. I'm not sure if I will renew my lease or not. We'll see.
