  • This is by far my favorite Denny's in the Phoenix Valley. It's always clean and friendly. I am typically a total A Hole when it comes to restaurants and service, but I have never had an issue at this location. The one on Rual and the 60 in Tempe and all other Denny's I've had in the valley is a completely different story...I actually stopped eating at Denny's for over a year until a friend took me to this location on University and 48th at.
