Very unhelpful Volkswagen service staff
I dropped by because the central armrest on my 2016 Touareg had a broken piece. At their front door I told the receptionist that I didn't have an appointment. He said no problem there will be somebody helping you.
Went to service department and told the girl there I would like to describe the problem to a service agent and probably have him/her look at what's going on. She said no there were other customers to work with and I couldn't talk with anyone unless I have an appointment. I explained that I was not looking for a repair or even an estimate today. I just would like to talk with an SA for at most 2 minutes. She replied not there was nothing they could do.
Although VW is not a premium brand, I believe there're other dealers who care customers better than Napleton does, like the one from which I purchased the vehicle. My car needs its first maintenance soon, and Napleton loses me for sure. VW dealers are everywhere. I don't bother dealing with Napleton who doesn't even want to spend two minutes with me when I walked in.
