  • I feel like I'm not cool enough for Lux, but occasionally when I'm there I feel a little bit cool. It's incredibly busy every day of the week, but for good reason! They're got great coffee, great pastries, great atmosphere and great people watching. I've heard they also have great mac & cheese. I'm a huge fan of the Americano here, not bitter at all and the espresso is pulled nice and strong. Chocolate chip cookie sandwich to die for, but get a beverage to cut the sweetness. I've had brownies, cake, lemon bars and cookies. I haven't encountered anything at Lux I haven't loved. WAIT THEY ALSO HAVE COCKTAILS. Where else can you get coffee, pastries and handcrafted cocktails? Huge fan of the manhattan.
