  • The absolute worst. Unapologetically late. I'm not sure why i was even referre to them but they have no concept of VIP service. Ali lied and said he was there all of the time and he wasn't. Fanny at least told the truth - they were double booked for the time. They didn't open doors nor help once they arrived. Non accountable and TERRIBLE. I will never use them again and will warn others against it.
