  • I have 15 sets of shutters put in for about 7 grand, and 15 weeks (and 8 appointments later) my shutters were finally installed. Travis claims to be the owner started billing me before shutters were installed, I have made two monthly payments to finance company before completely installed. Could not get order right, brought the wrong rush order from Reno. Customer service does not exist here. On the upside the blinds are great.
