I scheduled an appointment through Mr. Appliance's easy-to-use website which was set for Wednesday but I was looking for an earlier appointment. I received a phone call Tuesday morning from the office sliding me in to a cancelled spot.
Mr. Appliance was needed after a big box store left me high and dry saying they could not install my range and I needed to get some new parts but their representatives could not even tell me what sizes or exact names of the parts.
The service person called when he was en route to my house and arrived on time. He quickly was able to figure out the issue and went to get a couple parts from the store. When he returned the range was up and running in about 15 minutes.
It was a pricey appointment but he was clean and explained everything he was doing. When the original company left me without a working range of microwave, I was willing to pay just about anything to have operational appliances.
