I stopped drinking as much water due to the fact, I didn't have people living with me anymore. So I cut down on bottles, which lead me to open up my bill for like the first time. I was getting charged about $8 for a thing of water due to delivery fees. I could go to the local water store and fill up there with alkaline water for less than half the cost! So I called to see if I could cancel the water service and just pay the rental for the cooler. I pressed the termination number in the computer automated system, I was waiting to talk to someone for over an hour! Right after an hour I was hung up on. I called back several times to have similar issues. However, if I pressed that I wanted new service or regular customer service, I was answered in less than 2 minutes. The lady told me she couldn't help me and had to transfer me to account termination: after waiting another 16min I hung up. Called back to normal customer service again and demanded to speak to a supervisor. The lady asked me what happened and sent me to escalation. The call was shortly answered by them and my account was closed. After all that hassle, I didn't even want to keep renting the water cooler. I will just buy a new one.
Pro: water is good; delivered to your door
Cons: they make it difficult for you to end your service (took over 2 hours), expensive water, not alkaline which you can get cheaper at a water & ice, some of the customer service people are incompetent
