  • I've been living here for a little over three months of a 14-month lease, and it's been great so far. The AC works great, the amenities are nice, the price is fair for the area, and the ground are very well-kept. Maintenance has also been great. Our water heater was leaking into the bedroom, and they came to fix it within 12 hours of submitting a request online. It was a two-day job to fix it, but they finished it promptly and did a good job. Parking can be a little rough since you only get one covered space, and the uncovered spaces can fill up quickly after 5 PM. Luckily, there is street parking available just in case. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place.
