  • WORST place ever! Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. Their corporate office either has no idea how customers really get treated or that's just how they prefer to do business. Flint and Brian are a joke as "management". Don't get me wrong, Brian is very knowledgeable in the audio world, so use him for that and take his recommendations to shop/install somewhere else, but he has a poor moral compass when it comes to treating human beings like human beings.
