  • DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Service technicians are incompetant AND MANAGEMENT IS NO BETTER. I called them out to put a Pure tec unit into service that was in a house I bought as a rental. He did measurements and tested the water and pressure and said the unit would start at 2 AM. As he was leaving we noticed black grungy water in the bottom of the tank whoch he was just going to leave. When asked he said he could empty the tank whcih he did and then doubled the bill from $75 to $150. He then said if you don't have soft water in 3-4 days the resin would need replacemnt at $400. This was early afternoon. I received a call around 8PM from the renter who said 2 toilets had just overflowed, showere hardly had any water and the washing machine had no water. I called the management the following day and told them what happened and that the renter had spent over 2 hours removing showerhead, cleaning small bead from them, the toilet valve and washing machine. The technician never stuck around to see if the equipment was in working order or any debris from their machine was going to be flushed into the plumbing system. Aqua Science is very UNPROFESSIONAL and we recommend you stay clear of them and their products.
