  • My boyfriend and I cancelled our membership after 3years today. I was told we couldn't use all the equipment that was on the floor. The equipment was always available, but recently, they moved some behind a fenced area. The fenced area is for members that pay for trainers. I'm upset that your services are getting worse, not better. There are gyms everywhere, since you don't offer me a benefit to stay, I'll try one of them!
