  • We took our two dogs to Pet and Mac's and they loved it. We had tired them out before for day care and the dogs came home happy so we decided to try it out this past weekend for boarding and we were well pleased with the experience. I called in to see how they were doing in the middle of the stay and the office staff person went and physically checked on them, giving me back a report. They didn't try to rush me off the phone but treated me like I was their number one priority at the time. Each dog received a report card about their stay that let us know how they were in different situations, like one dog liked to stay around the handler, the other played more, or how they ate their food while there and so on. The boarding area they stayed in had toddler beds, tv and a nice outside painting on their wall. They had outside playtime with the daycare dogs each day too. Nice spoiling for our pups for the weekend. They also gave them free baths before going home which means we got them back smelling nice and not like a kennel smell. I really love this place for them and think they will be going back more for some fun. I highly recommend this place for your dogs. We were well pleased.
