  • I am here again from Colorado after dreaming for months about Cafe Tranquilo pancakes. Were they really that good? So I order a stack and it's like crack to an addict! There are no better pancakes. (The waiter tells me the secret is Mexican crema.) I was not fantasizing. They are not just a distraction to the great huevos rancheros and huevos con chorizo, which are great too.
