We're almost there at St. George Utah! But before heading to our final destination, we did a breakfast pit stop at the Egg & I in Las Vegas. I like how they 'egg'orated their restaurant; characters of the egg adorn the whole restaurant. I also liked how they did on a spin on the breakfast menu names. I had an Egg Works Country Fried Steak.
My breakfast meal was good; country steak was delicious, gravy was good, and the eggs (over medium) were cooked spot on. The Diablo Seasoned potatoes were a little on the salty side though. What I and the rest of my friends agree is that their Banana Nut Muffin was very delicious.
