This place is horrible. If you have a friendly dog that is playful and energetic do not bring them here. Most of the people that come here are grumpy and have aggressive dogs. People constantly complained when our puppy just wanted to go up and greet their dog. One instance someone actually started hitting our pup with a bowl because he was trying to play with their dog. There have also been several dog fights since we started going here about two months ago. Now we have had enough and have found a much better dog park to go to fairly close by this one with many more dog friendly people. Sadly my puppy is nervous when he goes up to dogs at the new park because he is scared from previous encounters with aggressive dogs at Scotland dog park. BEWARE of the people and dogs at this park I cannot stress this enough. We had nothing but negative encounters here. Everyone should go to Pioneer Park which is only a few miles away from this one and it has different areas for different sized dogs. It was also fairly busy but that was what we wanted so our pup could have different dogs to play with. Scotland is not very busy, if their are any dogs at all which some people may want.
