I just moved to the area and stumbled about this by accident. I was very surprised by the great items they had, and the prices were very reasonable. The condition of the items were good to a little more wear but the items that had the most wear, were items like Chanel for $60, or Burberry for $40, something that some may be ok with spending a little extra just for the brand name. I don't mind much as long as the price reflects what I'm getting. I bought a pair of Tory Burch sandals for about $35 and ONE teaspoon shorts for maybe $25.
I went on a Saturday around 5:40pm and was informed that they were closing at 6pm that day. Sure no problem, I meant to just browse but started falling in love with items but was at the register right at 6pm (I double checked the receipt). I just picked up the sandals and shorts and checked out. On my way out I saw purses that I didn't see. I wanted to buy a purse by Alexander Wang and then saw a cute burberry tote. Since everything is locked it was hard to see the Burberry very well but I told the associate that I think I wanted that item too but wasn't sure so she said she would unlock it for me so I can see it better, as she was doing that, another staff member, came by and told me that they open tomorrow at 10am. The same staff member that told me they were closing at 6.......Did you not want me to drop a couple of BILLS right now with an Alexander Wang and Burberry purse??? I was shocked that she was kind of encouraging me to NOT buy these designer items because they wanted to close up, mind you there was still other people in the store that still needed to check out so it's not like I was holding up the staff from coming home...and its only 6:05 now and not 10pm. While I thought I was going to make this my new favorite store because of the great variety, I might want to think twice. I could always go earlier when my schedule actually allows it but will the customer service be better or the same???
