Update:
Steve the owner just messaged me back with an apology after I left my review and I really appreciate the follow up. I've since found another handyman, but again I like that he followed up with an apology and explanation. I don't think it would be fair for me to keep the 1 star rating and hurt a business when it was not on purpose that I received no phone call back. Things happen I get it.
I've called twice and left a voicemail a few weeks back... I came on Yelp to find the phone number again and now see that I'm not the only one that they're not returning phone calls to.... I thought maybe he just never received my voicemail. Very unfortunate and unprofessional. You have great reviews, but if you're too busy at least have the decency to let people know that.
